These public terms protect both sides before filming. The final date, location, format, ownership terms, and approved usage will be recorded in a signed agreement.

Request 30 minutes

Sending the request does not reserve a date. The signed agreement and deposit lock the confirmed time.

Payment: A 50% deposit confirms the selected interview time. The remaining 50% is due before filming.
Length: Select 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes. The agreement records the exact booked time.
Overtime: Approved additional time is $250 per 15 minutes and depends on Madaí’s availability.
Filming details: The date, location, and remote or in-person format must be confirmed in the signed agreement.
Organic usage: The interviewer may keep the original interview and organic clips posted on their own social media and YouTube.
No paid ads: Madaí’s image, voice, or interview clips may not be used in advertisements without separate written permission and payment.
No posting requirement: Madaí is not required to post or repost the interview unless that promotion is agreed separately in writing.
Accurate editing: Edits and excerpts may not misrepresent Madaí’s statements, views, or participation.
No AI use: No voice cloning, face recreation, deepfakes, synthetic media, model training, or other AI use is permitted.
Travel: Approved travel and related expenses are paid separately when an in-person appearance requires them.
Cancellation: The deposit becomes nonrefundable if the interviewer cancels within 48 hours of the confirmed filming time.
Promotion disclosure: Any paid or gifted brand promotion must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed.

Limited permission

Organic interview use only.

Once published within the agreed scope, the original interview and organic clips may remain on the interviewer’s own social media and YouTube.

Permission does not include paid advertisements, merchandise, product endorsements, licensing or sublicensing the footage to another party, or any use outside the signed agreement. No transfer of Madaí’s name, image, likeness, voice, performance, or endorsement rights is granted.
